As the Head of Sales - BFSI & Fintech at our company, your role will involve leading the sales efforts to scale into Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions in India and international BFSI markets. You will have the opportunity to drive revenue growth, engage with CXO-level executives, craft customized solutions, and contribute to account expansion. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and drive the complete sales cycle for mid to large Banks & NBFCs - Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets in SaaS subscriptions and digital transformation projects - Build strategic relationships with Chief Digital Officers, Business Heads, CTOs, and Compliance Heads - Understand client requirements and craft customized value propositions - Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Delivery teams for winning proposals - Grow key accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and consultative engagement - Provide market insights and help shape go-to-market strategy and sales campaigns **What We're Looking For:** - Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions or digital transformation services to Financial Institutions - Strong BFSI network and understanding of RBI-regulated ecosystem - Ability to lead high-value consultative deals - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for strategic sales In addition to a challenging role, joining our company will allow you to work directly with founders, earn ESOPs based on performance, gain exposure to cutting-edge BFSI solutions, and have the opportunity to lead and mentor a growing sales team.
