We are seeking passionate and creative individuals for the Design & Sales role — someone who loves interiors, understands aesthetics, and can connect well with clients. This role is perfect for those who enjoy a blend of creativity and client interaction.

Key

• Consult clients (in-store or during home visits) to understand their furnishing needs and design preferences.
• Recommend suitable fabrics, curtain styles, color combinations, and decor solutions.
• Take on-site measurements and help create mood boards or design concepts.
• Coordinate with the installation and production team to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and post-installation support.
• Contribute to visual merchandising and help keep the showroom design-forward and engaging.

Skills

• A flair for interior design, color coordination, and styling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in presenting ideas and guiding clients through the selection process.
• Prior experience in sales, client servicing, or interior design (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to learn about fabrics, curtain mechanisms, and home decor trends.
• Basic understanding of design tools (like Canva, PowerPoint, or SketchUp) is a plus.
