What We’re Looking For: We are seeking passionate and creative individuals for the Design & Sales role — someone who loves interiors, understands aesthetics, and can connect well with clients. This role is perfect for those who enjoy a blend of creativity and client interaction. Key Responsibilities: Consult clients (in-store or during home visits) to understand their furnishing needs and design preferences. Recommend suitable fabrics, curtain styles, color combinations, and decor solutions. Take on-site measurements and help create mood boards or design concepts. Coordinate with the installation and production team to ensure timely delivery. Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and post-installation support. Contribute to visual merchandising and help keep the showroom design-forward and engaging. Skills & Qualities We Value: A flair for interior design, color coordination, and styling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in presenting ideas and guiding clients through the selection process. Prior experience in sales, client servicing, or interior design (preferred but not mandatory). Willingness to learn about fabrics, curtain mechanisms, and home decor trends.
