Your role

In this role, you will drive the delivery of next-generation C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence) solutions tailored for Air Force operations. As the Head of Product Unit – Air C4I, you will be responsible for operational leadership, team development, and customer engagement. Your primary focus will be to ensure that Saab's C4I solutions meet the evolving needs of the Air Force, while fostering a high-performing team and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of air domain C4I programs and projects, ensuring targets for schedule, budget, quality, and gross margin are met.
• Act as primary contact for Air Force customers, maintaining strong relationships and operational alignment.
• Oversee development of air-specific C4I solutions on Saab’s platform.
• Build, lead, and develop a competent team for current and future air operations.
• Own budget, forecasts, and financial performance for the unit.
• Maintain strong collaboration across product units and represent the domain externally.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex defence systems.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, and large-scale program delivery.
• Strong operational focus with financial accountability.
• Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager (Swedish & English).
• Skilled in people leadership, competence development, and resource planning.
• A keen interest in learning new things and adapting to different environments and cultures.

Merit:

• Air Force or defence industry background.
• Deep knowledge of current and future Air C4I systems.
