Overview VGL, a $400M tech-driven jewelry & lifestyle retailer and GPTW-certified company, seeks a Product Innovation Lead to drive new product development. With a strong innovation team contributing 4% of last year’s revenue, this role is open as the previous lead was promoted to Operations Head. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product innovation from concept to launch.Identify trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies.Drive design, testing, and go-to-market strategies.Oversee experimentation, prototyping, and scaling of new ideas.Foster a culture of design thinking, agility, and customer obsession. Qualifications 10+ years in product innovation, R&D, or new product development in jewelry, watches, accessories, home goods, or consumer electronics.Proven ability of launching innovative products.
