Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience in a fast-paced, agile environment. Preferred skills include experience with cloud platforms for AI deployment, knowledge of MLOps best practices, exposure to ethical AI frameworks, and an understanding of UI/UX considerations in AI-driven products.
