Head of Product Design

We are seeking a dynamic design leader to spearhead the development and expansion of product experiences within the realm of mobile gaming. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team, formulating comprehensive design strategies, and collaborating with various departments to craft user-centric, impactful features from the ground up. Your main duties will include overseeing and nurturing a group of product designers, shaping the UX direction for product initiatives, working closely with product, research, and engineering teams, establishing and managing scalable design frameworks, and transforming user feedback into engaging and practical designs. To excel in this position, you should have at least 12 years of experience in product design, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership capacity. A noteworthy track record in innovative product development environments is essential. Your portfolio should demonstrate a strong emphasis on mobile-first UX/UI design, proficiency in tools such as Figma, prototyping, and micro-interactions, as well as a research-oriented approach combined with a knack for creative problem-solving. Additional exposure to the gaming industry, consumer technology, or real-money platforms would be a valuable asset.,
