The Chitkara Business School is seeking visionary and experienced academic professionals to join in a senior leadership role. This position is pivotal in driving academic excellence, innovation, and operational leadership for the undergraduate business programs at the school. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic academic and professional guidance across the undergraduate programs. You will oversee the program design, delivery, and quality of business courses to ensure they meet national and international academic standards. Collaboration with faculty and departments is essential to ensure cohesive curriculum development, optimal resource utilization, and innovative pedagogical practices. Creating a student-centric and research-driven academic environment is key to this role. Working closely with senior leadership, you will design and implement program improvements, learning outcomes, and strategic initiatives. Promoting discipline, integrity, and academic rigor among faculty and students is a core aspect of this position. Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline. Strong academic credentials and a proven track record of academic leadership are required. Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills are essential. A minimum of 17-18 years of relevant academic experience, including administrative or leadership roles in reputable institutions, is preferred.
