In collaboration with IT, the specialist architecture of new IT systems is determined in accordance with the new platforms and strategies (DPP). Manages and monitors the Area P project portfolio and creates long and medium term plans. Leading the introduction of the methods, systems, platforms of the digital factory in production and thus achieving the target values for new product projects. Management of the implementation in the planning and production processes for users in the production area. Collaboration and coordination with the group and brands. Defines and implements systems and resources within the Data analysis strategy (DAP data analytic platform). In collaboration with IT departments, he leads data integration and dashboard creation projects.
