1. To set strategic goals and operational KPIs in the area of operations and supply chain, develop action plans to achieve the target.
2. To support global and reginal production footprint development, lead/coordinate production relocation projects.
3. To be responsible for the manufacturing and delivery process of the products according to companys standard and
rules.
4. To lead and guide the productivity, quality, lead time, cost and overall operation efficiency improvement process,
e.g. production system, etc.
5. To support and supervise the department managers to set, maintain and manage working instructions and
procedures in line with companys technology and requirement.
6. To ensure the manufacturing and delivery plan consistent with existing sales and projected sales forecast
7. To ensure the Production facilities and equipment can meet the on time delivery target of the company.
8. To ensure the Master Schedule Plan could fit well with the customer needs and material plans as well as production planning.
9. To be responsible for the preparation of the Investment Request for all capital investment related to Building and production equipment
10. To monitor the operations in the plant to be compliance with respective EHS rules, and to lead the implementation of corrective actions and preventive actions to reduce accident rate for staff and equipment.
11. Participate in new plant concept design, and work with project team on new facility construction, plant movement and line ramp up.
12. Participate in APAC regional supply chain and operation strategy development.
13. Establish Lean Production System in the plant and drive for Operational Excellence
14. To support and supervise the proper skill levels and the training plan for the operation employees in order to improve the level of knowledge acquired.
1. 20 + years of experience in similar multinational industries; At least 10 years Leadership and management working experience
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electronic or equivalent degree.
3. Proven records on successful projects (e.g. NPI, construction, relocation, Lean&6sigma);
4. Passion for Continuous Improvement.
5. Good communication and leadership capability.
6. Intensive knowledge of the entire operation incl. Shop floor Management, warehouse management, Lean, 5S, Kanban and KPI.
7. Intensive knowledge of ERP, MRP, quality management System (ISO 9001), EHS and safety, to effectively manage a highly efficient operation.
8. Fluent in English communication (written & oral) and good computer skills;
