• Refundable investment

  of ₹3–5L to support operations (legal agreement ensured)
• Complete operational and decision-making freedom
• Strategic guidance and infrastructure support from the founder

• Relaunch recruitment & staffing operations from scratch
• Acquire and manage client relationships (corporate/startup hiring needs)
• Hire and lead recruiters or sourcing partners
• Set up systems, workflows, and delivery processes
• Monitor profitability, growth, and overall business performance

• 4–10 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting
• Proven ability to generate and manage B2B clients
• Strong understanding of operational execution and delivery in recruitment
• Entrepreneurial spirit with willingness to invest and commit long-term
• Based in or willing to relocate to
