**Job Description:** You will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, execution, and monetisation of Digital Khidkis Literary Wing, with a focus on poetry. The role involves end-to-end social media marketing (SMM), content strategy, and platform monetisation, managing high-engagement pages like Kavi Sammelan and Youth Icon of India to drive digital influence and revenue generation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement comprehensive SMM strategies for Dr. Kumar Vishwas, 100+ poets, and associated social media pages. - Lead content strategy for fresh, engaging, and monetisable content across various digital platforms. - Recruit, mentor, and manage dedicated teams, including individual heads for major poets/pages. - Establish clear KPIs for performance evaluation aligned with organisational goals. - Drive innovative monetisation strategies leveraging analytics for decision-making. - Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to identify sponsorship and advertising opportunities. - Monitor digital trends and competitor strategies to maintain market leadership in poetry-related digital content. **Desired Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields (Master's preferred). - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Social Media Management and Digital Content Strategy. - Proven experience in handling prominent public figures or high-profile digital platforms in the arts/culture/poetry domain. - Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with strategic thinking and execution skills. - Demonstrable track record in monetisation of digital assets and understanding of analytics tools. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
