Job Title: Legal Head- Team Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Kandivali West
Experience: 8–12 years (Real Estate preferred)
Department: Legal Head
Salary - upto 1,00,000 PM
Working Hours - 10 AM - 6.30 PM
Represent the company in legal and revenue matters across various courts.
Draft/review legal documents (Agreements, POAs, MOUs, Notices in English & Marathi).
Scrutinize property and revenue documents for land acquisitions.
File applications under the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act (Sec 43).
Coordinate with external advocates, survey/civic departments, and government bodies.
Oversee litigation and ensure timely legal follow-ups.
Lead and mentor the in-house legal team.
Should have Team handling Experience
