    Build and scale Richpanel s learning and development function to create a high-performance, values-aligned culture where every employee does the best work of their career.
  • Reports to:

    CEO
  • Stage:

    Team of 20, primarily based in Bangalore, India. A few team members in the USA.
  • Growth:

    Backed by Sequoia, profitable, and trusted by 2,000+ US-based brands.
  • Location:

    In-office, Bangalore, India.
  • Team:

    you'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to design programs that elevate performance, culture, and growth.

    Richpanel is scaling quickly. To sustain growth, we need an L&D leader who can embed coaching-driven performance, culture radar systems, and rituals that keep us aligned to our mission.

About the Role

As Head of Learning & Development, you will own the strategy and execution of all employee development, coaching, and performance programs. you'll create systems that boost engagement, proactively address culture risks, and help leaders make smart talent decisions. This role requires both

strategic vision

and

hands-on execution

.
you'll design programs, coach leaders, diagnose organizational challenges, and drive interventions with speed. you'll be a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring that Richpanel s culture and people systems scale with the business.
Youd be a great fit if you:
  • Have

    5+ years of leadership in L&D, coaching, or people development

    , ideally in fast-growth startups.
  • Bring

    coaching mastery

    (frameworks like GROW, REBT, strengths-based coaching).
  • Can

    map organizational root causes

    (systems, incentives, interpersonal) faster than leadership.
  • Earn deep trust from both ICs and founders; deliver tough feedback with empathy.
  • Excel at

    conflict mediation

    and designing win-win outcomes.
  • Are data-driven: turn soft signals into dashboards (eNPS, burnout predictors, flight-risk scoring).
  • Are

    founder-obsessed

    : prioritize mission alignment over popularity.
  • Move fast - you'diagnose and intervene within days, not months.

  • Clear culture radar with fast detection-to-action.

Interview Process

  • Initial call with CEO

    - deep dive into past achievements and philosophy.
  • Case presentation

    - propose a 90-day L&D roadmap for Richpanel.
  • Final round with CEO & leadership team.

  • 5+ years in Learning & Development, coaching, or people development.
  • Proven experience designing and running company-wide L&D programs.
