Head of Integration Services (SAP PI/PO)

As the Head of Integration Services at Barry Callebaut Digital (BC Digital), you will play a pivotal role in leading the digital revolution within the chocolate industry. Reporting directly to the VP Application Management, you will be responsible for establishing a robust foundation for an end-to-end connected value chain through the development and maintenance of middleware solutions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between various systems and applications across Barry Callebaut. Your key responsibilities will include leading the SAP Integration Services team, delivering scalable, reliable, and secure integration solutions. You will be tasked with developing and implementing architecture blueprints that align with the overall digital strategy of the organization. Working closely with business and application teams, you will design integration architectures that support business processes and objectives. Additionally, you will establish integration standards, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations. To excel in this role, you should possess significant experience in leading integration teams and a proven track record of managing complex integration projects. With a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in senior roles managing multi-cultural teams, you should have a deep understanding of integration middleware and job scheduling technologies. Proficiency in SAP PO (Process Orchestration) architecture is essential for success in this position. Your ability to drive change collaboratively on a global scale, innovate, and adapt to evolving digital trends will be critical. You should be self-driven, with strong communication skills to articulate complex strategies effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
