Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh. The Principal will oversee the academic operations of the institution, ensuring the implementation of educational policies, curriculum development, and evaluation methods. The role includes managing faculty and staff, developing strategic plans, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. The Principal will also engage with students, parents, and the broader community to promote the institution's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills with experience in academic administration
• Educational policy development and curriculum planning skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Experience with accreditation processes and compliance standards
• Ph.D. or equivalent in a relevant field and a strong academic background
• Administrative Experience of in a higher education institution is a must
