Head of Growth, Retention & Acquisition - B2C Apps

As a Strong Head of Growth / Retention / Acquisition with a focus on B2C Apps, you will be expected to have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in app acquisition, growth, and retention of digital products. Your proven track record should demonstrate your ability to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, churn reduction, and conversion for large-scale consumer apps. Team leading experience and cross-functional collaboration across product, tech, and marketing are essential for this role. Your expertise should include mobile app analytics, funnel optimization, A/B testing, growth experimentation, customer insight generation, marketing automation tools, and dashboarding for KPI visibility.
