Role Description

The Head of Female Salon role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role involves overseeing all operations within the salon to maintain exceptional service standards and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of beauty professionals, plan staff schedules, ensure hygiene and safety protocols are executed, and monitor inventory levels. The role also includes developing strategies to improve services, optimizing client experiences, and delivering beauty and wellness solutions tailored to customers' needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in beauty services, hair and skincare techniques, and style trends.
• Strong leadership, team management, and staff mentoring skills to effectively lead salon operations.
• Experience in customer relationship management and the ability to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and resource planning abilities.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in beauty and wellness services.
• Pleasant communication skills with the ability to handle client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Experience in salon management or a related role, and a certification in beauty services or management is preferred.
