Head of Equities

As a key member of the organization, you will play a leading role in managing successful operations to deliver excellent results to clients and achieve the goals of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring profitability and maximizing Return on Capital Employed within the Clusters. You will be expected to develop, implement, and maintain a business plan for the Region, as well as manage the daily activities effectively. It will be crucial to enforce the company's policies, principles, and procedures while inspiring and motivating staff to perform at their best. Identifying and addressing team training and development needs will also be a key part of your role. In addition, you will need to adhere to regulatory requirements and provide excellent service to customers. Analyzing and interpreting sales and financial data will be essential for making informed decisions. Collaborating with Managers to develop innovative marketing strategies and communicating clear business messages to staff will also be part of your responsibilities. As the point person for dealing with complex and diverse managerial problems, you will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the Region.,
