Job Description

Role Overview: At SARAS AI Institute, you will be responsible for driving B2B signups and partnerships with corporates, HR/L&D heads, and training networks to facilitate student enrollments at scale. Your role will involve corporate outreach, channel partner development, ground activation, and ensuring revenue accountability through measurable signups with a focus on CAC discipline. Key Responsibilities: - Own and deliver bulk enrollments through corporates and training partners - Pitch SARAS AI programs to HR, L&D heads, and founders to secure contracts for workforce enrollments - Build and manage partnerships with TPOs, influencers, and training networks for repeat student inflow - Represent SARAS at events, seminars, HR conclaves, and campus engagements to generate leads - Ensure all partnerships result in measurable signups with a focus on metrics-driven approach Qualifications Required: - 6-12 years of experience in enterprise sales, higher-ed partnerships, or B2B growth roles - Strong network among training networks and corporates in India (global exposure is a plus) - Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and deliver volume-based signups - Must be metrics-driven and focused on ensuring student enrollments - Natural relationship-builder who excels in field sales, events, and partnership ecosystems Additional Company Details (if present): At SARAS AI Institute, we are not just building another edtech product, but creating the world's first U.S.-approved, online, AI-exclusive degree-granting institution.
