🚨 Hiring: Head of Engineering – Healthcare | Consulting Firm | Hyderabad (Hybrid) 💼 Contract: 6 months (with potential to convert to permanent) 💰 Pay Rate: Competitive | Paid in USD 📍 Location: SIngapore/Malaysia We’re a global consulting firm seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Partner-level (SM/AP) Head of Engineering to lead complex healthcare technology delivery for a global hospital group (IHH) through our consulting team based in Hyderabad. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Lead engineering teams across frontend and backend , reporting directly to the Global Chief Digital Officer (GCDO) Architect, deliver, and scale EMR, HIS , and healthcare data platforms Drive technical strategy, engineering best practices, and high-quality delivery across multidisciplinary teams Collaborate with hospital stakeholders to execute digital transformation initiatives Serve as the primary client-facing technology lead on high-impact healthcare programs 🔹 Requirements: Minimum 10–12+ years of experience in healthcare technology, with strong domain expertise in hospital provider systems Proven leadership in managing full-stack engineering teams (frontend and backend) Hands-on experience with EMR/HIS implementation , healthcare interoperability , and data platforms Strong consulting background with excellent client and stakeholder engagement skills Track record of leading teams in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments 🌍 Domain Focus: Healthcare IT | Hospital Providers 🚀 Join a mission-driven consulting team solving critical healthcare challenges on a global scale. 📩 DM me or apply now to make an impact.
