As a Digital Marketing Head at Annachy (Powered by Saravana Stores), an early-stage ecommerce venture with a mission to bring trusted quality products at the lowest prices to online customers, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing performance marketing campaigns across various channels. With 4 to 8 years of experience in paid marketing, your expertise will be crucial in driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversions to enhance the digital presence of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across search, social, display, and other paid channels. - Develop strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions. - Optimize campaign performance through data analysis and A/B testing. - Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPA, CPL, and ROAS to assess effectiveness. - Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. - Assist in managing campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI. - Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine ad creatives and landing pages. - Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing. Qualifications: - Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. - 4 to 8 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role. - Proven experience managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools and platforms. - Hands-on experience with major digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Share chat Ads, etc.). - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
