Role Overview

Interior Design Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design team and oversee all modular kitchen and wardrobe projects
• Guide space planning, material selection, and layout finalization
• Meet clients, understand design briefs, and ensure alignment with their vision
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and installation teams
• Review and approve final designs and technical drawings
• Maintain updated knowledge of design trends, software, and material innovations

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in interior/modular design
• Proficiency in 2020 Design software (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
• Strong understanding of modular furniture systems
• Prior experience with kitchen and wardrobe design preferred
• Excellent team leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
• Willing to relocate to Goa (if not already based here)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
