We\u2019re looking for a powerhouse creative leader to head our Design & Video department \u2014someone who can turn briefs into brilliance, lead a talented team, and bring deep expertise across brand, performance, and influencer content . If you live and breathe video editing, obsess over visual storytelling, and have steered high-performing creative teams in a fast-paced agency\u2014this one's for you.

What You\u2019ll Own

Lead end-to-end visual content production : From ad creatives to brand films, influencer videos to motion graphics\u2014own it all.

Drive video excellence : Ensure every frame, transition, soundbite, and design element meets a high creative and performance bar.

Manage and mentor : Lead a team of editors, graphic designers, motion artists, and freelancers. Review, guide, and level up the team\u2019s creative output.

Collaborate with strategy & client teams : Translate briefs into compelling concepts across formats (reels, ads, product explainers, UGC, pitch videos, etc.)

Push creative boundaries : Stay ahead of design trends, content formats, and visual storytelling innovations across platforms.

Systemize for scale : Build efficient workflows for review, versioning, asset libraries, and output optimization without killing the creative soul.
What You Bring

7\u201310 years of experience in video editing and graphic design , preferably in a digital-first agency.

Strong portfolio across performance marketing campaigns , brand films , and creator/influencer-driven videos .

Expertise in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma , etc.

Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary creative teams \u2014from hiring to upskilling and performance management.

Sharp visual sensibility and understanding of what works on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.

Ability to juggle multiple deadlines, pivot when needed, and still maintain quality.
Bonus If You

Have experience creating content with or for influencers

Are a reel/storytelling geek who\u2019s always experimenting with new formats

Have worked closely with performance marketers and understand data-backed creative testing

This is not a design-only role. Not a video-only role. This is a leadership role for someone who understands both deeply and can scale creative impact across formats, platforms, and teams.
