Head Of Design

The Head of Design (Luxury Interiors) position at Della Luxury Products in Mumbai requires a visionary and highly experienced individual to lead the design team and spearhead the development of world-class luxury interior solutions. The ideal candidate will possess creativity, innovation, and deep expertise in high-end interior design to enhance the brand's design philosophy across various luxury projects including residential, hospitality, and bespoke endeavors. Responsibilities include overseeing the complete design process for luxury interior projects, maintaining the brand's design language in alignment with Della Luxury Products" luxury positioning, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver bespoke design solutions, mentoring a team of interior designers, researching global luxury interior trends, managing multiple projects simultaneously, conducting design reviews, and liaising with procurement and vendors to source premium materials. The successful candidate must have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial projects, proficiency in space planning, material selection, detailing, and furniture design, excellent leadership and team management skills, proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit or equivalent, exceptional communication and client-handling abilities, and a robust network of vendors and suppliers in the luxury interiors industry. Key attributes for this role include being a visionary with a passion for luxury design and innovation, possessing a keen eye for detail and refined aesthetic sensibilities, balancing creativity with practicality, strong organizational and project management capabilities, and a collaborative mindset with a solution-driven approach. The minimum qualifications for this position include a Bachelors/Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, along with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in luxury interior design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The position reports to the HOD and requires frequent traveling.,
