Head Of Design

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design team to ensure the successful execution of high-rise projects from conception to completion.
  
• Develop and oversee the implementation of design strategies aligned with the company's goals and project requirements.
  
• Collaborate closely with other departments such as project management, construction, and marketing to ensure design concepts are integrated smoothly throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  
• Conduct regular design reviews and critiques to maintain high standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in architecture and design.
  
• Manage budgetary and resource allocation for design projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  
• Oversee the selection and coordination of external consultants and contractors as needed.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.
  
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a focus on high-rise and luxury projects.
  
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing design teams through all phases of project development.
  
• Strong proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  
• Experience working with regulatory requirements and building codes specific to high-rise developments.
  
• A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
