Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Department - Paramedical Sciences at Doon Institute of Medical Sciences, located in Dehradun. The responsibilities include overseeing departmental operations, teaching, and mentoring students, developing and enhancing academic curricula, and fostering research opportunities within the department. The role also entails collaborating with faculty members to ensure quality education and academic excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Teaching and Education with the ability to mentor and guide students effectively.
• Experience in Allied Sciences and a deep understanding of related paramedical sciences.
• Competency in Curriculum Development to design and enhance educational programs.
• A Master's or Doctorate in a relevant field, such as Paramedical Sciences, is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in managing academic departments or similar leadership roles is a plus.
