Role Description:

We are hiring a Head of Department (Computer SME)

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading content creation for Computer Science books and support materials
• Aligning curriculum with CBSE, ICSE, and State Board trends
• Ensuring adherence to NEP 2020 guidelines and digital learning standards
• Managing end-to-end textbook development from ideation to final output
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality academic content

Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of educational publishing experience
• Strong subject expertise in Python, Scratch, HTML, AI, and Robotics
• Deep understanding of school-level Computer Science curriculum (Classes 1–10)
• Familiarity with curriculum frameworks (CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards)
• Proven experience in authoring textbooks and teacher resources
• Sound knowledge of NEP 2020 and digital pedagogy standards
• Strong communication, planning, and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field
