Job Description

As the Head of CS Sales Domain Management, you will be responsible for driving the business success of the zone in alignment with the Zone Service Execution head. Your role will involve acting as the primary interface between Global Sales Domain Management and the Digital Industries Asia Pacific Sales Head, enabling a technically empowered Sales organization, and shaping Digital Industries technology leadership in the market. Your main responsibilities include: - Business planning and steering: - Being accountable for main business KPIs like Order intake and SG&A expenses - Sharing responsibility with Asia Pacific Zone Service Execution Head for Revenue and Profit achievement - Implementing the CS Strategy within all Regions and assigned counties - Leading Asia Pacific Zone planning process and business mix breakdown - Providing insights into portfolio-specific pipeline performance and sales initiatives - Market intelligence & innovation: - Overseeing market analyses strategies to identify business opportunities - Driving incubation topics to define GTM strategies for CS - Supporting development of future-oriented service offerings - Customer & market feedback: - Sharing consolidated customer and market feedback with relevant functions - Escalating logistics and quality issues to global CS Domain - Sales readiness: - Coordinating new portfolio introduction and phase out within sales - Providing sales support, enablement tools, and Sales training - Orchestrating region-specific topics and customer support actions - Sales internal interface: - Coordinating focus initiatives on Sales Acceleration - Providing portfolio expertise as an interface for Verticals, Partners, Inside Sales, etc. - Market/customer engagement: - Shaping Digital Industries technology leadership and offering through customer engagement - Engaging with selected high priority customers - Marketing interface: - Providing sales input and setting requirements and priorities for marketing - Supporting regional/zone marketing campaigns - People Management: - Collaborating with P&O on personnel decisions and compensation - Leading recruitment and selection of key Sales Domain management professionals - Defining clear responsibilities and requirements for team members - Conducting performance appraisals and overseeing learning and development plans - Mentoring & Leadership: - Providing advice and coaching to Sales Domain Management team - Establishing a culture of continuous learning and innovation - Promoting learning hubs to build future skills aligned with Siemens digital strategy In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of the Sales Domain Management team, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives and timelines while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.,
