Job Description

As the Head of CS Sales Domain Management, you will be responsible for driving the business success of the zone in alignment with the Zone Service Execution head. Your role includes acting as the primary interface between Global Sales Domain Management and Digital Industries Asia Pacific Sales Head, enabling a technically empowered Sales organization, and shaping Digital Industries technology leadership in the market. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Business planning and steering:** - Accountable for main business KPIs such as Order intake and SG&A expenses - Collaborate with Asia Pacific Zone Service Execution Head for Revenue and Profit achievement - Implement CS Strategy within all Regions and assigned counties - Engage with Asia Pacific Zone SE Managers on cross-region topics - Lead Asia Pacific Zone planning process and provide insights into portfolio-specific pipeline performance - **Market intelligence & innovation:** - Oversee market analyses strategies to identify business opportunities - Drive incubation topics for defining GTM strategies for CS - Support development of future-oriented service offerings by incorporating customer feedback - **Customer & market feedback:** - Share consolidated customer and market feedback with relevant stakeholders - Escalate logistics and quality issues to global CS Domain - **Sales readiness:** - Coordinate new portfolio introduction within sales based on input - Ensure sales readiness in regions and prioritize clients in case of supply chain shortages - Provide sales support, enablement tools, and training to Sales Channels - **Sales internal interface:** - Coordinate focus initiatives on Sales Acceleration - Provide portfolio expertise as an interface for Verticals, Partners, and Inside Sales - **Market/customer engagement:** - Drive Digital Industries technology leadership and offering via customer roadshows - Engage with high priority customers - **Marketing interface:** - Provide sales input and set requirements for marketing - Support regional/zone marketing campaigns to position Siemens Digital Industries Customer Services as a digital transformation partner - **People Management:** - Collaborate with P&O on personnel decisions and compensation programs - Lead recruitment and selection of key Sales Domain management professionals - Conduct performance appraisals and oversee learning and development plans - Foster cross-functional collaboration between sales and service experts - **Mentoring & Leadership:** - Provide advice and coaching to Sales Domain Management team - Establish a culture of continuous learning and innovation - Share best practices and promote learning hubs aligned with Siemens digital strategy Please let me know if you need any further information or clarification.,
