Job Description

As the Head of Creative & Marketing Communication, you will play a crucial role in leading the brand, creative, and communication strategy of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - **Brand & Creative Leadership:** - Redefining and reinforcing the brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity. - Leading the development of compelling creative concepts and campaigns across various platforms. - Ensuring brand consistency in messaging, tone, and design across all communication touchpoints. - **Marketing Communications & Collateral Development:** - Overseeing the design and development of marketing collateral. - Building and executing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness. - Managing PR strategy, media engagement, and thought-leadership content. - **Advertising Strategy & Planning:** - Defining the advertising vision aligned with business and brand objectives. - Developing and overseeing integrated advertising campaigns across different channels. - Conducting competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis. - **Creative & Campaign Development:** - Leading concept creation and overseeing the execution of advertising creatives. - Working closely with creative teams and agencies to deliver compelling campaigns. - Innovating in storytelling and creative execution to engage target audiences. - **Media Planning & Buying:** - Designing and implementing effective media strategies. - Negotiating with media houses and vendors to maximize ROI. - Evaluating media performance and optimizing spend for efficiency. - **Execution & Performance Management:** - Ensuring flawless execution of campaigns across all platforms. - Establishing clear KPIs and tracking campaign performance. - Reporting results, insights, and learnings to the leadership team. - **Team & Stakeholder Management:** - Leading and mentoring a team of designers, content creators, and PR professionals. - Collaborating with business heads and sales teams to align brand with business objectives. - Managing external agencies for high-quality output. **Key Skills & Competencies:** - Expertise in brand-building, creative direction, and marketing communications. - Experience in ATL & BTL marketing campaigns, PR management, and event branding. - Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. **Qualifications & Experience:** - 10+ years of experience in Marketing/MarCom roles with at least 5 years in leadership positions. - Proven track record of managing brand, creative, ATL/BTL campaigns, PR, and communications. - Experience in B2B/B2C sectors with an MBA/PG in Marketing or related field.
