About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Concierge to lead our concierge operations and guest experience services in Dubai. The role requires excellent communication, leadership skills, and a strong background in F&B or hospitality. The ideal candidate will ensure that every guest interaction is seamless, personalized, and aligned with our premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the concierge team to deliver outstanding guest services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring all needs and expectations are exceeded.
• Handle VIPs and high-profile guests with discretion and professionalism.
• Manage reservations, table allocations, and special dining or event requests.
• Collaborate closely with Front of House, Kitchen, and Events teams for smooth operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and service providers.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly while safeguarding brand reputation.
• Train, mentor, and guide the concierge team to maintain high standards of service.
• Uphold the company’s brand image and luxury hospitality standards at all times.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in concierge, guest relations, or FOH roles within the F&B or luxury hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations and luxury service protocols.
• Professional, polished appearance with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage demanding guest expectations.
• Must be available to join immediately.
