Someone who can bring clarity, coherence, and direction across all external communicationsensuring every message, channel, and campaign ladders up to a simple, compelling story about who we are and what we stand for.What you'll own

• Narrative & Messaging: Build and drive a clear, consistent narrative for Even across all channels. Ensure every piece of communication reflects the same core story.
• Campaign Leadership: Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns that influence how Even is perceived publicly.
• Media & External Relations: Leverage media, influencers, and partnerships to amplify reach and build credibility.
• Team Leadership: Guide our content, PR, and social teams setting direction, maintaining quality, and ensuring consistent tone.
• Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with leadership and key teams to ensure our communication supports business priorities and is executed with discipline.
  

What makes you a great fit

• 8+ years of experience in strategic communications, reputation management, or political/issue-based campaigning.
• Experience running or shaping communications for a large-scale national or public-facing campaign is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of Indian media, public sentiment, and how narratives travel.
• Strong writing ability with the skill to simplify complex ideas into sharp, memorable messaging.
• Comfortable leading teams, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and operating in fast-moving environments.
