Head of Admissions MBA/PGDM Specialist

As a Head of Admissions at Accurate Group of Institutions, Greater Noida, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving admissions for the MBA & PGDM programs. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Strategizing, planning, and executing annual admission drives for MBA/PGDM programs. - Developing and strengthening consultant, corporate, and institutional partnerships for quality admissions. - Leading and mentoring the admissions team to achieve defined targets. - Working closely with the digital marketing team to effectively handle digital leads and ensure conversion into confirmed admissions. - Conducting market analysis to identify new regions and segments for student outreach. - Representing the institution at education fairs, events, and industry interactions. - Ensuring a seamless, transparent, and student-focused admission process. To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Must come exclusively from the education industry. - Minimum 5 years of experience in MBA/PGDM admissions. - Strong experience in digital lead management and conversions. - Established network of education consultants and institutional partners. - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. - Strategic, result-oriented, and highly organized professional.
