Job Description

As a Process & Safety Manager, your main responsibility is to ensure excellent field safety by providing insights based on past experience and market trends. You will be tasked with planning, implementing, and overseeing the company's employee safety at work in wireline by leveraging the right processes and people skills. Your key duties include: - Leading the organization in adopting new tools and practices to enhance processes, improve reliability, increase simplicity, and enable growth - Collaborating closely with circle teams on projects that enhance processes and drive process corrections - Designing and delivering technology and soft skill capability programs - Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines - Identifying hazards with excellent attention to detail In terms of deliverables, your responsibilities will include: Process Excellence: - Certified process expert with experience in delivering process re-engineering in large corporate environments with a significant field force - Implementing Delivery Process Journeys & Standard Operating Procedures (SoP) effectively - Recommending process improvements in alignment with the company's strategy and coordinating with the Network Business of the company - Measuring, analyzing, and evaluating existing processes to identify improvement opportunities and develop metrics with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Facilitating process improvement meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions - Benchmarking internal processes with global and industry best practices and implementing necessary corrections Safety Measures: - Creating a zero-accident environment and training employees on proper tool usage - Developing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety - Evaluating practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risks and ensure legal compliance - Conducting training, presentations, and risk assessments for health and safety matters - Recommending solutions, improvements, and new prevention measures - Monitoring HSE statistics, enforcing preventative measures, and developing standards for HSE management - Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and promoting HSE awareness in management and supervision personnel Qualification Required: - MBA and/or B.E/B.Tech with 13-18 years of experience - Experience in handling EHS at a national level with organizations in electricity distribution, telecom, gas pipeline, power generation & distribution, large logistics, warehousing, and fleet management Geographical Span: Pan India Please note that the company's additional details were not provided in the job description.,
