4. Team Management

Recruit, train, and monitor a high-performance sales team.
Conduct regular sales reviews, performance tracking & reporting.

5. Market Intelligence

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
Provide insights for product improvement, packaging, pricing & promotional strategies.

6. Key Account Management

Drive sales with Modern Trade chains (DMart, Reliance, Spencers, Big Bazaar, etc.).
Manage major distributors and strategic partners.

7. Sales Operations & Compliance

Oversee sales planning, forecasting, budgeting & MIS reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, credit management, and collection targets.
