Hiring for one of our clients: Permanent Role- National Sales Head. Industry- Mobile Hydraulics The National Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales, market expansion, and revenue growth across the country for hydraulics products. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading a sales team, and ensuring business profitability. Roles & Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and strengthen relationships with key customers. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key industrial clients. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to formulate competitive strategies. Pricing & Negotiation: Define pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure profitable sales closures. Operational Coordination: Work closely with production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing and R&D teams, to drive product positioning and innovation. Job Requirements: 15+ years of leadership experience, preferably in Hydraulics. Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, engineering processes, and market dynamics. Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
