As a member of the Value Capture team within Corporate Development, your role involves supporting global M&A initiatives throughout the deal lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and monitor value creation opportunities from acquisitions. This high-impact position offers exposure to strategic projects, senior stakeholders, and global business units. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in conducting research and analysis to identify revenue and cost synergy opportunities - Contribute to the development of joint client propositions and operating model frameworks post-deal - Support the preparation of internal presentations and documentation for executive stakeholders - Track progress against value capture plans, including synergy realization and KPI monitoring - Collaborate with business units, delivery, and functional teams to gather data and insights - Assist the integration team in aligning execution with the value capture roadmap - Work closely with BU leaders pre and post-deal, collaborating with delivery, operations, and corporate functional leaders - Contribute to preparing materials for Executive Leadership, Investment Committee, and Board-level reviews - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the M&A value capture playbook and tools Qualifications Required: - Industry Experience in Business services, Technology services, or other professional services - Functional Experience in business strategy, revenue and cost synergy identification/planning/tracking, and commercial due diligence - 4-6 years of relevant experience - Education: BA or BS in Economics, Finance, or other relevant business degree; MBA preferred but not required; CA, CPA, CFA or other relevant professional/post-graduate qualification desirable Additional Details: The role, based in India, will support global M&A pursuits.
