Role & responsibilities

Functional Skills:

1. Creating a comprehensive internal audit strategy

2. Assessing and integrating advanced audit tools and technologies for efficiency

3. Developing robust internal control frameworks and ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

4. Conducting risk assessments related to dealership operations and supply chain management

5. Establishing effective fraud detection mechanisms in line with industry standards and ensuring with SOX compliance and regulatory audits.

6.Proficiency in data analytics and forensic auditing.

7 Proficiency in Ind AS, IFRS, GAAP, and financial statement analysis.

Leadership Skills:

1. Strategic Risk Management: Leading the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across dealership operations and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

2. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively presenting audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the board, driving informed decision-making.

3. Team Development and Mentorship: Fostering a high-performance audit team through coaching, skill development, and continuous improvement.

4. Adaptability and Innovation: Embracing new technologies and approaches to enhance audit processes and respond to the evolving automotive industry landscape.

Candidates from the automotive or Customer service industry (from manufacturing) retail sector, familiarity with supply chain management, inventory control, and sales strategies would be a significant advantage.
