Head - Innovation & Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analytics & Data Science

• Build and lead the data analytics and data science function to extract actionable insights across the customer lifecycle from sourcing and underwriting to collections and retention.
• Drive predictive modelling, credit scoring models, and risk analytics to improve decision-making.
• Develop robust dashboards and MIS systems for business teams, risk, compliance, and leadership.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and integrity across systems and touchpoints.

Innovation & Strategy

• Identify and pilot emerging technologies (AI/ML, OCR, geotagging, etc.) relevant to the affordable housing ecosystem.
• Promote a culture of innovation and experimentation across business and technology teams.
• Align digital and data innovation with business objectives such as reducing cost of acquisition, faster TAT, better credit decisioning, and deeper financial inclusion.

Product IT

• Own the IT product roadmap across core lending platforms (LOS, LMS), customer apps, and partner integrations (APIs).
• Work closely with business and operations to translate functional requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Ensure product enhancements are aligned with compliance, scalability, and user experience goals.

Cybersecurity & Data Compliance

• Oversee information security protocols and ensure adherence to data privacy laws (e.g., RBI guidelines, DPDP Act).
• Collaborate with compliance and risk functions to maintain IT audit and regulatory readiness.
