Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning:

  Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with and support the company's business objectives.

• Talent Acquisition & Management:

  Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention of employees to ensure the company has the talent it needs.

• Performance Management:

  Implement systems for performance reviews, goal setting, and providing constructive feedback to foster employee development.

• Compensation & Benefits:

  Design and manage competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to attract and retain employees.

• Training & Development:

  Identify training needs, organize programs, and create strategies to enhance employee skills and career growth.

• Employee Relations & Culture:

  Foster a positive, inclusive work environment, manage employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote the organization's values.

• Legal Compliance:

  Ensure the organization complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations and implement best practices.

• HR Operations & Budget:

  Manage the HR department's budget, oversee HR systems, and coordinate daily HR activities.

• HR Data & Analytics:

  Track and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide data-driven insights to senior management.

• Leadership:

  Provide leadership and support to the HR team and collaborate with senior executives on workforce planning and other strategic initiatives.
