The Senior Vice President leads the Shared Service Centers, unifying governance, measurement, and continuous improvement activities under one leader. This role aims to enhance the strategic and operational effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency of these services to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities:.Develop strategies and processes to scale the shared services center according to demand..Manage the annual operating plan, budget, action plans, and projects to support the shared services and overall business strategy. Oversee vendors and contracts impacting the budget, ensuring procedures facilitate goal achievement..Establish work standards and resource requirements for a cloud-based environment and virtual workforce..Ensure operational standards for productivity, quality, compliance, and customer service are met and continuously improved..Foster a work environment of respect, inclusion, and employee engagement to drive high performance..Transform the culture into a service-oriented organization, delivering strategic value and improving operational efficiency..Set long-term strategic direction for administrative functions, anticipating trends, opportunities, and vulnerabilities. Ensure infrastructure and systems support current programs and future growth..Use data, analytics, and industry insights to assess service performance against benchmarks. Recommend strategic or tactical changes as needed..Conduct periodic benchmarking of service cost and quality..

• Establish and manage client-focused productivity and service quality standards, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ensure operational performance standards align with firm goals.
