Role Overview

As Head – Health & Wellness, you will be responsible for the overall clinical, wellness, and preventive healthcare strategy at the community. Your role includes setting up the dispensary, defining wellness programs, managing primary care delivery, and integrating health into day-to-day living for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage an on-site dispensary and primary health clinic with qualified staff.
• Define protocols for medical emergencies, health records, periodic health check-ups, and medication management.
• Design and implement wellness initiatives including yoga, physiotherapy, nutrition counselling, and preventive care.
• Partner with hospitals, diagnostics labs, and telemedicine providers.
• Recruit and lead a team of healthcare professionals – nurses, wellness coaches, and therapists.
• Create and document all medical SOPs, reporting formats, and escalation protocols.
• Ensure a proactive and responsive healthcare environment for all residents.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Health Administration/Public Health preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in health operations, senior care, or wellness-based institutions.
• Strong understanding of geriatric care needs.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and medical protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
