Job Description

Role & responsibilities Digital Transformation CMS (Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, Magento, Joomla, AEM etc.), E-commerce • Oversee the successful execution of a portfolio worth $40-60 million annually, encompassing 200+ projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and financial performance. • Refresh and evolve the global delivery model to drive agility and efficiency. Lead the restructuring of delivery and support teams to align with strategic business needs. • Implement and manage a comprehensive governance model over a $40M+ book of business primarily in North America—to proactively reduce escalations and enhance stakeholder trust. • Assess, refresh, and elevate our talent base. Develop and lead initiatives to create a high-performing, accountable, and empowered delivery organization. • Own and drive gross margin (GM) performance aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AoP), ensuring operational levers are optimized for profitability. • Champion client engagement strategies that result in superior service delivery, deeper partnerships, and long-term value creation. • Leverage artificial intelligence and automation to streamline the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), driving productivity, predictability, and cost efficiency. • Define and implement a best-in-class resourcing and allocation framework to ensure timely onboarding of top-tier talent, aligned to project and business demands. • Drive Gross Margin to AoP.
