Head German Language Training

As a Head of German Language Training department at Magic Billion, you will play a key role in empowering individuals through skill development and global opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to help learners achieve proficiency up to the B1 level by creating innovative and learner-centric language programs aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Your responsibilities will include assessing candidates at A2 and B1 levels, conducting B1 exam preps, designing remedial plans for candidates, and overseeing the development of curriculum materials and assessment tools. You will also be responsible for conducting train-the-trainer programs, mentoring junior trainers, and ensuring consistent quality standards through classroom observations and performance evaluations. To succeed in this role, you must hold a C1 Level Certification in German Language from Goethe-Institut and have proven experience in teaching German to groups up to B2 level. Strong command of spoken and written German and English, excellent communication and classroom management skills, and passion for teaching and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds are essential requirements. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms is also preferred.
