Job Summary:

Finishing Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all finishing works for

  high-rise Mivan-structured projects

  , including internal and external finishes.
• Manage finishing activities such as tiling, flooring, painting, false ceiling, waterproofing, faade finishes, joinery, door/window fitting, bathroom and kitchen fit-outs, etc.
  
• Coordinate closely with structural and MEP teams to plan finishing work sequencing, especially within Mivan frameworks and timelines.
  
• Review and ensure execution aligns with architectural and interior design specifications, BOQs, and mock-up approvals.
  
• Prepare detailed finishing schedules in line with project milestones and tower-wise handover plans.
  
• Conduct floor-wise execution planning, ensuring simultaneous progress across multiple vertical zones.
  
• Supervise subcontractors, finishing engineers, and site teams to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
  
• Conduct quality checks and inspections at every stage; identify and close snags proactively.
  
• Ensure MEP clearances and concealed work (pipes, ducts, conduits) are coordinated with finishing to avoid rework.
  
• Monitor finishing material requirements, stock levels, and coordinate timely procurement and delivery.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards across all finishing operations.
  
• Liaise with architects, consultants, vendors, and client teams to address finishing-related queries and approvals.
  
• Manage tower/unit handovers with zero snags, adhering to agreed timelines and quality benchmarks.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• 15 to 20 years of experience in high-rise Building construction, with Mivan-based projects.

• Strong knowledge of Mivan shuttering technology and its implications for finishing sequences and tolerances.

• Proven ability to manage large teams across multiple towers/floors in parallel.
  
• Expertise in modern finishing materials, application techniques, mock-up validation, and vendor coordination.
  
• Strong coordination skills with MEP and structural teams to ensure smooth finishing execution.
  
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
  
• Eye for detail and high standards of quality control.
