Head Finishing

As the Head Finishing at L&T Realty, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the finishing works of large-scale high-rise residential projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of all finishing activities for high-rise residential and commercial projects. - Coordinating with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth finishing progress. - Reviewing and approving finishing materials, mock-ups, and workmanship samples. - Monitoring progress against schedule and budget; implementing corrective measures as needed. - Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and statutory requirements. - Interfacing with consultants, architects, and key stakeholders for approvals and technical clarifications. - Managing contractors and subcontractors for civil, MEP finishing, and faade integration. - Driving the adoption of new technologies, sustainable materials, and best practices. - Conducting regular inspections and quality audits to ensure defect-free handover. - Mentoring and developing local finishing teams and supervisors to achieve international standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent. - Minimum 15-20 years of experience in finishing works of large-scale high-rise residential projects. - International exposure with reputed developers or contractors (mandatory for expat role). - Strong knowledge of modern construction materials, interior finishes, and MEP interface. - Proven track record of managing multicultural teams and large contractors. - Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
