The ideal candidate for this position is a designer with at least 3 years of experience in a fashion house, with a degree in fashion design or equivalent experience. You should have a deep understanding of Indian silhouettes, textiles, and garment construction, along with a strong sense of global fashion sensibility. Being highly organized, independent, and entrepreneurial is crucial, as you will be required to take initiative and lead with vision.
