Head Engineering

The Head Engineering position at our company in Vadodara requires a qualified individual with a B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical engineering and more than 8 years of relevant experience. As the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering department's operations and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a team of engineers, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing engineering strategies to drive innovation and improve efficiency.
