Key Responsibilities:

Lead the
design, development, and validation
of electrical & electronic systems for tractor HP platforms.
Oversee
wiring harness design
, system selection, and electrical architecture.
Manage
product lifecycle
from concept, prototype, lab validation to NPIP (New Part Introduction Process).
Collaborate with global teams for
design reviews and approvals
.
Drive
CAN and non-CAN based system integration
and logic development.
Implement
DFMEA, APQP, PPAP
and ensure adherence to quality processes.
Troubleshoot
field and production issues
related to E&E components.
Ensure compliance with
automotive electronics standards and validation protocols
.
